As more opportunities came along, balancing a full-time career and freelance event work became increasingly challenging. Taking frequent leave and trying to manage both paths eventually raised an important question: Should passion remain a side pursuit, or should it become something bigger?

Like every new journey, there was uncertainty and fear. Questions such as “Can this really work?” naturally surfaced. But there was also a different perspective — What is the worst that could happen? If the worst-case scenario was simply returning to a job, then taking a chance on a dream felt worthwhile.

With that belief, Passion Soul was founded.

What started as a passion project gradually grew into a dedicated events company focused on creating memorable, seamless and impactful experiences. Today, Passion Soul provides complete event solutions ranging from performances, fringe activities, workshops, live food stations and event setups, serving community organisations, schools, corporates, condominiums, hotels and families across Singapore.
